Terms of service

Version 1, 13.08.2026. Plain wording on purpose: you should be able to read this once and know what you bought.

1. What we sell

Access to computation over our recorded market data: SQL queries, backtest runs, notebook sessions and MCP tools. We do not sell data files, and bulk export is not part of any plan.

2. Your account

One account is one legal person or company. API keys are personal — sharing a key with third parties, reselling access or proxying our compute to others terminates the account without refund.

3. Limits

Each plan states its quotas: queries per day, backtest minutes per month, history depth, delay and stream tier. Quotas are enforced in real time. Only served requests consume quota; rejected ones do not.

4. Payment

Plans are prepaid monthly in USDT (TRC20). Renewal adds 30 days to the later of «now» and your current expiry — remaining days never burn. After expiry a 5-day grace period keeps the service on; after that the account drops to the free plan. Data and strategies are not deleted on downgrade.

5. Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. The free tier exists precisely so you can evaluate everything — the console, the backtester, the data quality — before paying anything. Paid access is delivered in full the moment your plan activates, so «unused time» is not a refund ground, and neither is a change of mind.

Two exceptions we honour, at our discretion and via a ticket opened within 7 days:

• Duplicate or technically erroneous charge — attach the transaction hash; we verify it on-chain and credit or return the excess.
• Documented full-service outage longer than 24 hours inside your paid period — compensated with service days added to your plan, not cash.

USDT transfers are irreversible by nature — double-check the network (TRC20) and the amount before sending. Tickets are the only support channel and carry the SLA of your plan.

6. What we promise about the data

Quality is measured, not declared: per-day manifests with record counts, checksums and a sequence-gap audit. Known defects are published on status — including the ones we found ourselves. We do not promise that markets stay recordable: exchange outages and API changes are reported as incidents, not hidden.

7. What we do not promise

Nothing here is investment advice. Backtest results describe the past on our recordings; they are not a forecast. You are responsible for your own trading decisions.

8. Your code

Strategies you write stay yours. We execute them in an isolated process to produce your report, keep them so you can re-run them, and do not use them to train anything or to trade.

9. Availability

We aim for continuous service and publish external uptime measurements on the status page. Planned maintenance is announced there in advance.

10. Changes

Material changes to these terms are announced by email to active accounts at least 14 days before they apply.
